How we plan seasonal coverage with you
We start by asking what the occasion is for and who will watch or use the results. Then we talk through the schedule, the people who matter most, the rooms and the rules, and which parts we handle and which need a decision from you or your organizer. Calm guidance for the people being recorded or photographed is part of the plan, not an afterthought.
On the day we coordinate with your host, venue, stage or AV staff, agree who covers which moment, and keep you informed about the edit, the gallery and how everything is delivered. Each service page walks through that process for the occasion it describes.
Choosing video, photography or both
A speech, an award, a bid call or a first dance lives in sound and movement, which video keeps. A portrait, a table of guests or a room dressed for the night lives in a single frame, which photography keeps. Many hosts want both, and we plan them together so the two do not compete for the same moment or the same guests.
When a schedule has simultaneous moments, we discuss additional operators as part of the quote instead of promising coverage one person cannot give.

Where do you work?
