How we plan an event shoot
We start with a conversation about the day: the schedule, the venue and the moments that matter most to you. For some events we visit the space beforehand.
From there we agree on what to capture, where to be and when. You will not need to direct us on the day.

Photos, video or both
Photos hold a single moment. Video holds the movement, the voices and the music. Many hosts choose both. What you receive is decided case by case, and we explain it before you commit.
For business events, a short highlight video and a handful of photos are easy to share on social media and your website afterward.

Can you visit the venue first?
Often, yes. A visit helps us plan the light, the sound and where to stand. Ask us when you get in touch.
